Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Viyazhaa mobile application, website and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by SpyderAI Technologies Private Limited, Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu, India ("SpyderAI", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who the Service is for

The Service connects businesses — sports courts, academies, gyms, coaching and tuition centres, arts and music schools and similar providers ("Courts" or "Businesses") — with the people who join them — players, students, members and their parents or guardians ("Users"). A single account may act as a Business owner, as staff of a Business and as a User at the same time.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or use the Service through a parent or lawful guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

2. Your account

  1. You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. Your mobile number is verified with a one-time password (OTP).
  2. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@spyderai.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
  3. Names are locked. After registration, a Business cannot change its business name and a User cannot change their own name from within the app. To correct a genuine mistake, contact support@spyderai.in.
  4. Staff accounts created by a Business owner are the Business's responsibility until the staff member takes control of the account through password recovery.

3. Verification of Businesses

  1. Every new Business starts as unverified and may use the Service for 7 (seven) days from registration.
  2. To be verified, the Business must email the documents we ask for to support@spyderai.in and may request verification from the app. Verified Businesses show a verified badge.
  3. A Business that is not verified within 7 days of registration is removed automatically, together with its data, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only verified Businesses are listed in Explore.
  4. We may refuse or withdraw verification where documents are missing, inconsistent or false, or where these Terms are breached.

4. Subscriptions

  1. Every Business is on a plan. All features are available on every plan; plans differ only in the number of active members a Business may have. Staff are unlimited on every plan.
  2. The current plans, member limits and prices for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months are shown in the app and may change from time to time. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
  3. Subscriptions are bought per Business. An owner with two Businesses subscribes each separately. Subscriptions are paid to SpyderAI through Razorpay.
  4. Buying while a paid plan is active. If you buy a higher plan, it starts immediately and the remaining days of the current plan end at that moment — remaining days are not refunded or carried over. If you buy the same or a lower plan, the new period starts automatically when the current one ends.
  5. Expiry. We show in-app reminders daily from 7 days before your plan expires. When a paid plan expires the Business returns to the Free plan: the earliest-joined members, up to the Free plan's limit, stay active and the other members are restricted until you renew or choose which members stay active. Restricted members see a notice that their access is restricted due to pending payment from the Business. No data is deleted because a plan expired.
  6. Subscription fees are non-refundable (see the Refund Policy). If a payment fails or you are charged incorrectly, you must report it to support@spyderai.in within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Payments between Users and Businesses (payment gateway)

  1. A Business may ask us to enable online fee collection. Enabling charges, Razorpay transaction charges (MDR) and the documents required are agreed separately with our team (support@spyderai.in); extra charges apply for enabling the gateway.
  2. Once approved, the Business connects its own Razorpay account. Fees paid online by Users are settled directly to the Business's Razorpay account. The Business is the merchant of record; SpyderAI does not receive, hold or transfer that money and is not a party to the transaction between the User and the Business.
  3. Fees, refunds, discounts and disputes about a Business's services are matters between the User and the Business. Razorpay's own terms apply to payments processed by Razorpay.
  4. Fees recorded as paid in cash, UPI, card or bank transfer by a Business are the Business's own records.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: provide false information; impersonate anyone; upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing content; harass or endanger anyone, especially minors; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; interfere with the security or operation of the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Businesses must hold every licence and permission their activity requires and are solely responsible for the services they provide to Users, including the safety of participants.

7. Deactivation and deletion

  1. A Business owner may deactivate the Business, and a User may deactivate their own account, from Settings. While deactivated the account cannot be used, the Business is hidden from Explore and its members cannot open it.
  2. After 30 days a deactivated account is deleted completely, unless it is reactivated by our team before then. To reactivate, contact support@spyderai.in.
  3. After deletion you may register again with the same mobile number as a new account; deleted data cannot be restored.
  4. We may suspend, deactivate or delete an account that breaches these Terms or the law, or where required by a lawful authority.

8. Content and intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and trademarks belong to SpyderAI or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you add (for example plans, notes and photos) and give us a limited licence to host and display it to the people you share it with, only to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  2. We are not responsible for the services, conduct, facilities, safety or results of any Business, for any agreement between a User and a Business, or for payments processed by Razorpay.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpyderAI's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid to us by you in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SpyderAI against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content or, for Businesses, the services you provide to Users.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will show the new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts in Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
