Simple pricing. Every feature in every plan.

Anyone who is currently an active member of your business — whether you added them yourself or accepted their join request. Restricted or removed members don't count. Staff never count towards your limit.

Yes. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited staff logins with access control. You only pay for members.

We remind you in the app every day from 7 days before expiry. If a paid plan ends, your business returns to the Free plan: the earliest-joined members up to the Free limit stay active, and the extra members are restricted until you renew or choose who stays active. No data is deleted because a plan expired.

Yes. A higher plan starts immediately (the remaining days of the current plan end at that moment and aren't refunded). Buying the same or a lower plan queues it to start when the current one ends, so no days are lost.

Subscriptions are per business, so each business has its own plan — but you manage both from one account.

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you were charged twice or incorrectly, email us with the Razorpay payment ID within 7 days and we'll fix it. See the Refund Policy for details.
